Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance: no charge, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking: we may charge the full fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

  • If we need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Refunds

  • If you pay in advance and the service cannot be provided (e.g. therapist illness, travel disruption), you will receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the booking.

3. Your Rights

  • As a consumer, your legal rights are protected under UK law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If you are unhappy with the service you received, please contact us within 7 days so we can put things right.
